Development of the website has been in progress over the past six months, as part
of the Website Enhancement project. The goal of the project was to streamline the
user experience for DrivAd's audience, providing ease in navigation, valuable
information content to encourage recurring visits, and more visually appealing
graphics and site layout.
One key change is re-design of the site to provide clear differentiation between
users who are already members of the DrivAd community and those who are seeking
to become members. The layout of the site and descriptions of section content
have been updated to help users navigate through the information about the
benefits of becoming a DrivAd member.
"We wanted to make it easier for new users to join our unique program while
providing existing members value added services and information" explained Harley
Milne, DrivAd Director of Engineering and Product Development. " As DrivAd
continues to grow, this new design provides, flexibility to scale our business."
New features include online form submission and RSS feeds to DrivAd news and
press content. This will ensure that users are constantly informed of DrivAd
events and related information.
Additional enhancements include a search functionality which will allow users to
perform free-text searches to produce a result set of relevant content that a
user is looking for. Site graphics and photos have also been updated to make the
site more visually appealing.
